Chercheur – Thierry Cecchin

T. Cecchin received the Ph.D. in electrical engineering in 1985 from National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine (France). He is presently Professor of control engineering and signal processing at Lorraine University and member of the project « Study of Physiological Signals for Cognition and Epilepsy » in the department « Health-Biology-Signal » at Research Centre for Automatic Control of Nancy (CRAN). His basic research examines neuroimaging and neurophysiology in human (multi-scale and multi-modal approaches) to improve the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant partial epilepsy.

Il effectue ses activités de recherche au sein du Centre de Recherche en Automatique de Nancy (CRAN – UMR CNRS 7039).
Il participe aux travaux de l’équipe projet Etude des Signaux Physiologiques applications à la Cognition et à l’Epilepsie (ESPaCE) du groupe thématique du département Santé – Biologie – Signal (SBS)
